Muscadine Point Properties is a sister company to the established construction business, CLR Construction, in Central Mississippi. While CLR specializes in construction, Muscadine Point Properties focuses on residential rental properties and property management. The client wanted a brand that felt warm, inviting, and family-oriented while avoiding the common house icon.

To create a distinctive identity, I guided the client toward the concept of a fireplace, representing a symbol of warmth, and comfort. The final mark is a geometric, abstract fireplace that represents the welcoming atmosphere the company strives to provide. Just as families naturally gather around a fireplace, Muscadine Point Properties aims to create spaces where people feel at home.

 

To reinforce this message, I paired the mark with a warm palette of rich browns and soft creams. The bold geometric forms communicate structure, reliability, and strength, creating a visual identity that feels both approachable and trustworthy.
