Arlington at Colony Park is an upcoming residential neighborhood in Madison, Mississippi. The client needed a visually engaging lot map that clearly displayed available homesites while remaining easy to navigate for potential buyers.

Although the project was primarily utilitarian, I wanted to create a design that felt inviting. By incorporating grass textures, trees, and subtle landscaping elements, I created a visual that helps viewers better imagine the future community.
